Established in 1999 by Gant B. Hill, CCIM, Fleur de lis Ventures, LLC, invests in both real estate and property service businesses.

Since its inception, Fleur de lis Ventures has participated with others in over $10 million in the following real estate investments: The Republic Building (55,000sf), The Landmark Building (150,000sf), The Molee Building (32,000sf) and the Burdorf Building (35,000sf). 

Upon acquisition of each property, a strategy is created and implemented by Fleur de lis Ventures.  That property is then stabilized with thorough attention to the management of the day-to-day marketing and operations.    

Fleur de lis Ventures has also co-founded two businesses, TerraCove, LLC, and Venterra Realty, LLC.

TerraCove is a partnership that invests in rent-to-own homes for families that ultimately desire to acquire the home they lease.

Venterra is a partnership that invests in commercial property usually in the Central Business District of Louisville, KY.
